💡 Tip: Create a dedicated Discord channel for ScaleFlows alerts. For example, #support-alerts. Mixing alerts into a general channel makes them easy to miss.

How to create a Discord Webhook

  1. Open your Discord server.
  2. Go to Edit Channel → Integrations.
  3. Click Create Webhook.
  4. Give it a name (e.g. ScaleFlows Alerts).
  5. Choose the channel where alerts should appear.
  6. Copy the Webhook URL.

  1. Go back to Team Alerts in ScaleFlows.
  2. Paste the copied Webhook URL.
  3. Save changes.
